Save Facebook Posts, Without Sharing It

Did you know, you don’t have to share a post to “save” it on Facebook, anymore? You can just save the post itself, and easily find it again later!

I see this all the time on Facebook! People share a post and say they are only sharing it, so they can save it and find it later. Usually it’s a post with a recipe they want to try, or a handy tip, or DIY project.

A while back, Facebook made it possible to save those posts, so you can easily find it again. But a lot of people still don’t know about it or how to use it yet! It’s very simple to use, and this is how it works!

save facebook postsGo to the top right of the post you want to save. Click on the light gray arrow and choose save in the pop out box. If you don’t see it in the list, look for “more” at the bottom of the box, and click it to bring up more choices.

save a facebook postThen to find your saved posts, it will be listed under Saved in the menu to the left on Facebook or under Saved in the menu on the phone app.

I hope you find this tip as useful as I have. I have several recipes I have saved I want to try. Now I just need to get cooking! lol!

By the way, check out and like my Facebook page!
